Relieving stress with CognitusParticipants learn & practice techniques for stress relief from a variety of disciplines, including all the techniques from Destress at Your Desk.   The science of stress and its impact on the body is examined.  This programme takes a much more in-depth look at personal stressors. A variety of exercises help the participants to understand their stress profile and identify the sources and causes of their own stress.

By the end of the workshop attendees will have a personal plan for on-going stress control.  They will have mastered over 20 techniques for immediate, on-demand stress relief.
